Track
Every athlete, on one live picture
Positions, splits and checkpoint passages come together in a single view of the course, so nobody has to piece the race together from radio calls and spreadsheets.
In active development · 2026
Track athletes, coordinate field teams, and manage event operations in real time.
What RETFAST does
RETFAST is a real-time athlete tracking and event operations platform for races, endurance events, outdoor competitions and field-based sports. It is built for the people who run the day: race directors, control rooms and the teams out on the course.
Track
Positions, splits and checkpoint passages come together in a single view of the course, so nobody has to piece the race together from radio calls and spreadsheets.
Coordinate
Marshals, medical units, sweepers and checkpoint crews share one operational map and one stream of updates, wherever they are standing.
Operate
Alerts surface what needs attention — a stopped athlete, a late checkpoint, a missed cut-off — and keep a record of who responded.
Core features
The platform is under active development. This is what we are building, in the order an event needs it.
Follow each participant along the course with live position, pace and time since last update.
Course, checkpoints, athletes and field units on one map built for race control and for the field.
See where your teams are, assign them to incidents and keep everyone on the same picture.
Passage counts, splits and cut-offs per checkpoint, with a clear view of who is still inbound.
Stationary athletes, off-course movement and overdue arrivals raised to the people who can act.
Flow through the course, checkpoint load and response times — during the event and after it.
Plain-language summaries and guided workflows for race control, built on Claude.
In developmentReal-time tracking
On a long course, the hard part isn’t the leaders — it’s the athlete who stopped moving between two checkpoints. RETFAST keeps every participant in view and makes the exceptions obvious.

AI-powered event operations
In developmentRETFAST plans to use Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, to help event teams read a fast-moving situation: to answer questions in plain language, summarise operations, point out anomalies and draft the post-event report.
None of the capabilities below are available yet. They are being designed and built now, and they are meant to assist the people in charge — not to make safety decisions for them.
Ask the event a question in plain words — “Who hasn’t reached CP2 yet?” — and get an answer drawn from live data.
A short, readable briefing of where the event stands, for race directors and shift handovers.
Flagging movement that doesn’t fit the race — a long stop, a wrong turn, a sudden drop in pace — for a human to review.
A first draft of the event report: timeline, incidents, checkpoint flow and what to change next time.
Product preview
Live map, athletes, checkpoints and alerts in one place. This is a design mockup with sample data — the product itself is still being built.
Current development status
RETFAST is not generally available yet. We would rather tell you exactly where things stand than show you a finished product that doesn’t exist.
About
RETFAST was started in 2026 and is actively being developed in Türkiye.
We’re building it for organisers of races, endurance events and outdoor competitions — events that spread people across long distances and difficult terrain, where knowing what is happening right now is the whole job.
RETFAST is developed by Mizibu.
